My SL Debut at work, day 2 after my installation

Today I did the "unveiling" of my Sls and survived. Just as I expected, the one class(my rebellious class; teach at a high school) that ALWAYS "got jokes" commented and I 'hung in there' and did not go there ! with them or Kick the one particular student out my class, more so just had 'my armor' on and will continue tomorrow, for rest of the week until "it gets old" on his"jokes radar". Got some compliments and more stares but "it's all good"!!! I beleie over time I will meet more "SL hair-embracers" rather than "hair-haters". Check out my "Debut" pics to work.

SL birth-day

Well today was a good day;I showed up to my installation after a day, prior, with much anxiety, but it was good day because my sisterlocks were "delivered" juuuust fine.lAfter the "labor", I had a slight headache but took some headache medicine and "it was all goooood".
My consultant, Gail and her daughter, were very professional, with even a reclining salon chair were I got the chance to recline back and doze off while they finished the top/front of my hair. It took 8hours with styling included(started at 5:30am)! I am excited and pleased with the results and look forward to all the styling possibilities as I get more length and as the SLs mature. Just glad that I did not "chicken out" and cancel the appt!
Here are some "before" pics with somereaxed ends and my "test locks" and then some "after" pics just minutes after my installation & styling was completed. God is goood! Blessings.....
